Baby's Berserk
My work is all about the stage. I have been inspired by experiences as a musician and performer. On a stage you need to convince the public with only a view seconds. It has to immediately grab their attention and imagination. With my graduation collection I wanted to create silhouettes that are simplistic and easy to read but are also extravagant and over the top. The prints that I have made contain the same way of thinking. I wanted to give the audience the same experience and feeling that you have during a live performance. Something that brings the whole audience together and takes them all to the same place of joy and imagination.
