Call for applications for alum projects in Eight Cubic Meters

Public & Projects is searching for two alum (collaboration) projects who would like to show in Eight Cubic Meters this summer: 

> From 10 July until 7 August  

Build up: 3 - 10 July 

Opening: 10 July 

Break down: 8 - 9 August 

> From 14 August until 11 September 

Build up: 10 - 14 August 

Finissage: 11 September 

Break down: 12 - 17 September 

Public & Projects curates Eight Cubic Meters, a public gallery in the heart of Amsterdam, since 2013. Eight times a year there is a new exhibition by Rietveld students (or alums), that can be visited 24/7 in the Sint Nicolaasstraat.  

We can offer a production budget of 200 euros per project (incl. TAX), opening or finissage and documentation.   

We would like to receive a short project proposal (including images and/or drawings), motivation why you would like to show in Eight Cubic Meters and why it supports you in a broader sense before Monday 8 April. Please send your proposal to projects@rietveldacademie.nl attn. Vere van Hal and indicate your preference for which period.
