“George Williams is a genius” is a satirical short mockup-monetary style introduction to the world of George Williams.
George Williams is a male artist extraordinaire. He is the personnification of the genius male artist, who seemingly never had to work hard for his success and for the adoration he has attained.
Through this introduction we are let into the artistic practice of George, his thoughts on art and his own position within the art world. This portrayal of the male artist swings between the ridicoulous and obnoxious to moments of vulnerability, leaving the audience to question whether or not it’s real, if George Williams is real?
