The Rietveld Pavilion is the student run project space of The Gerrit Rietveld Academie and The Sandberg Insituut.
The Pavilion provides a platform for students and alumni to experiment, to discuss and to learn by making use of the autonomous space. The aim of the pavilion is to keep the space active and alive, and to bring students together to exchange ideas and to support them in collaborative projects.
As Sandberg Instituut and Gerrit Rietveld Academie are moving together this academic year, the Rietveld Pavilion strives to become a more open and public space — a place where students of all departments and institutions can gather and connect.
Currently the Pavilion is managed by Fabian Reichle (Radical Cut Up, SI) and Mads B. Sørensen (Fine Arts, GRA).
This years the graphic design is produced by Mark Emil Poulsen (Graphic Design, GRA).
The Pavilion has its own website for up to date information: pavilion.rietveldacademie.nl.
