Sometimes when I am biking I bend my head. Going through a tunnel, or passing by low hanging threes. Even though I know that I will never hit my head. I still bend, unintentionally. I see others doing the same. I was very intrigued by this impulse caused by a misreading of the relation between our body and an object so I started to further investigate involuntary movements triggered by an external, physical entity. Wondering what else might subconsciously influence our movements in our daily life, I started to experiment with manipulating outcomes.
