VNÚTRA [the ‘Insides’] aims to depict the ungraspable ‘entities’ of both my conscious and unconscious self as if they were organs that I could take out of my body. The objects that result from this process of translation are part of a larger installation. This installation can be seen as a portrait of a human being containing all which normally remains hidden under the skin. Rather than providing textual leads, I aim for the artistic content of my work to be transmitted exclusively through the act of seeing and through the tactile encounter with shapes, forms, colours and materials.
