Fashion Workshop ✂️ with Anouk Beckers of JOIN Collective Clothes
Anouk Beckers created JOIN Collective Clothes as a modular clothing system that invites people to create clothes together. An open source manual explains how to make the four different shapes that together create a complete outfit. Fashion department students handcrafted pieces of garments during the workshop using techniques like felting, heat pressing, weaving and more. The clothing modules were then offered in the Clothing Library in the Pavilion for students and visitors to try on, combine, create looks and even borrow home under a trust contract.
