    Photographer Rineke Dijkstra wins Johannes Vermeer Award 2020   The Johannes Vermeer Award 2020, the Dutch state prize for the arts, is awarded to Rineke Dijkstra by Ingrid van Engelshoven, Minister of Education, Culture and Science.
