I am sitting with my back straight
my left hand tries to keep a tension between
one end of the net, its beginning
and the other, still in progress
the right hand is creating the mesh in its expansion,
it makes knots
I see the process of netting as an indicator tool
it reveals - visualises my process of breathing
while netting I keep my focus and my awareness on
the flow of air inside my body
which muscles are involved
if my neck is straight and relaxed
if my shoulders are down
if the diaphragm has its regular cycles of expansion
and contraction and the lungs are receiving enough air
it brings me images of catching
something that passes through or stays trapped, gets selected
or is being released
