Fanfare, Da Costakade 154, 1053 XC Amsterdam
Fanfare’s window displays ‘Embroidery Alphabet’ created in collaboration with Basicyear (Group G & D) students from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie & Design teacher Stéphanie Baechler. Each student was invited to explore embroidery by designing one letter. It got stitched on a 5,2 m long cotton fabric with an embroidery machine with 168 needles in Switzerland.
