Is it possible to see the world through someone else's eyes? Or do we inevitably translate the experiences of others through those of our own? Can we listen to someone without the disruption of our worldview and assumptions? Is the way we look at the world the result of our autonomous thinking or is it determined by the complexity of the contexts we live in and belong to? In the latter case, could we see these questions as a product of Western emphasis on individualism?

During the residency period at Plan B, Joana Velu regularly took walks in the neighbourhood. While filming the things that caught her attention, she also met and captured people who shared their views and perceptions.
