'The rusting, decaying appearance of her ceramic animals symbolizes the erosion of natural life in the face of relentless industrialization, while the sterile, rigid metal structures underscore the cold efficiency of human-created machinery. The images of baroque hunting-trophy paintings have influenced the postures of the animals that, through their use of glazing almost look decaying and rusting in the utopian landscape. The lamsrack-like shapes on the wall form a repetitive structure mimicking the metal pipelines of our fabricated mechanisms and machines.
