'When I look around, I notice the tactile quality of the world. This urge to decipher led me to archive various forms of expression in public spaces in the form of pictures, text, and doodles. Through patchwork, I bring them together and observe how they interact on both content and material levels. My work, "Silent Accomplices," combines dyeing, embroidery, printing, spray painting, and engraving. Layering these techniques, the manipulated material develops an encrypted language with story-telling qualities.
