Thesis: Downcast Eyes Reality TV
Downcast Eyes Reality TV is a documentary about documentarists filmed in Amsterdam, Dakar and Berlin. Through interviews with artists and film makers a conversation is woven exploring the relation with their subjects and the representation of truth. I take pleasure in and question my framing and focus.
I designed an accompanying publication including a full film transcript and an essay I wrote, contextualizing the project.
