This short film departs from the myth of Ariadne. In this myth, Ariadne helps Theseus to defeat the

Minotaur. She spins a thread for Theseus, to find his way back out of the labyrinth where the

Minotaur resides. In this dream-like adaptation we find Ariadne herself trying not to get lost. She

unwinds her spindle, but the thin thread is fragile and it might get stuck somewhere. As she gets

absorbed by the repetitiveness of her daily routine, her attention starts to drift away. Ariadne’s

imagination takes over to the point where she can no longer tell apart her dreams from reality.
