Buro Rietveld curates Eight Cubic Meters, a public gallery in the heart of Amsterdam, since 2013. Eight times a year there is a new exhibition by Rietveld students, that can be visited 24/7 in the Sint Nicolaasstraat. The gallery was first opened in the eighties. Currently on view: the project Flags of Wasted Lands bij Laura Dubourjal. It shows a series of thirteen embroideries focusing on the portrayal of ecological disasters directly linked to human presence.
