Your attention, please!

Look closely at what’s happening

in this moment, in this space.

My work is a plea for attention.

A commentary on indifference.

I can lose myself in an infinite number of possibilities.

Or ... I can become silent.

Courageously step into a space.

And really look, feel, experience.

The direct, sensitive experience of memories,

fears, desires viewed from the NOW is what I

bring to my work, time and time again.

With simple materials like straw and wood.

By playing with the expectations we have of media.

By painting on photos, on clothes.

Layer upon layer in space and time.

NOW this and NOW this.
