Publication with short stories, poetry and images.
When studying the world of those animals that are re-categorized as or reduced to ‘pets’, we came to realize more and more how ambiguous the relationship between humans and animals truly is. That reality illustrates to us the dubious ways in which we try to appropriate the world to human standards. For this publication of short stories, poetry and images, the Image & Language department dealt with the man-made animal world, and wrote literary examples on what it is we do, why we do it and how. Both a love story and a tragedy.
