It Has Always Been There

The work is a thematic outcome of the combined processes of observing, gathering, and looking back. Closely inspired by the methodology of collage, the act of editing is here used not to write a story, but to offer an associative way of looking at images. From various origins and different times, the materials' coexistence questions ongoing social norms and recurrent patterns of representation. The viewer is invited to wander within a non-narrative yet framed space, using their contemporary eye already trained by endless scrolling of information.
