Placed like bumpers in between other video works Feline Hjerminds’s short text-animations function as tasty palate cleansers. At the same time they question the validity of the equation form>content=decoration. The animated text applied in the work is loosely translated from Suzanne Brøgger’s Deliver Us From Love (1973). It is originally meant as a response to people’s sexist comments on her ‘dolled up’ appearance.
