The Orientation Year introduces students to contemporary sculpture, which may use many different materials and ways of working.
In this assignment, small groups of students got a photograph as a starting point, which they had to reproduce using different materials. Of this new set-up, they took a new photograph and pass it on to another group which uses it as a starting point. Here we see a sequence that started with the bottom photograph, and after four groups worked on it in steps, ended in the top photograph.
