Leo Mokkala

Very Very Realistic is an online platform for audiovisual art and music. It came from a need to release my works and collaborations independently and create new ones with people around me.

 

It is also about merging my practice as a music maker and visual artist together in a medium crossing material research and playing around alter egos. I am interested to expand it in the future to include works from other artists.

 

The music video installation that I am presenting at the graduation show contains parts of the released and to be released sound works that have been finalised or created since the start of the platform, this spring. There will be also a release party as well as possible happenings.

 

The installation could be seen as a documentation of the whole process and an opening "pop up" for the soft start. The complete sound works can be listened from the Very Very Realistic website or Bandcamp.
