In the routine of repetitive habits, things have begun to float. Unrealized possibilities manifest themselves through acts such as making lists, keeping a diary, daydreaming, buying things, and rearranging. Practices that stage the leap. From the ordinary world to the fantasy realm. They reflect on the limits of visibility and the mystery of what lies behind the surface. Empty facades and windows; surfaces that conceal spaces remaining out of sight. An in-between state that floats between the private and the public, between myself and my surroundings, between the photographic image and its materiality, the performative and the sculptural, the living and the dead.
