The admission board has admitted you to the Preparatory Course of the Gerrit Rietveld Academie for the course year 2020/2021.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the details about the start of the new course year and the introduction are not completely certain yet. More information about this will follow by e-mail as soon as possible.
For now, we expect the first class to start on Friday, 18 September, at 2PM.

The course fee for 2020/2021 amounts to € 2016,- and has to be paid in full by bank transfer, in advance, before September 1st, 2020. NOTE: details about how to pay will be provided by our Student Office shortly.
The course lasts almost 9 months (25 weeks divided into 3 trimesters ).
The Preparatory Course is not subsidized by the government, which means that you cannot apply for a grant from the Dutch study finance system, or ‘Studiefinanciering’.
After completing the Preparatory Course satisfactorily, students of of the Preparatory Course will be admitted to the Basicyear, the first bachelor course year at the Rietveld Academie, to complete a bachelor's degree (four year full-time or five year part-time program).
