In a world shaped by platforms, data flows, apps and devices that mediate our lives, autonomy is under pressure and ready to be reimagined.
On Tuesday November 3 and Wednesday November 4 CoECI organises the fifth edition of the Society 5.0 Festival. With an mix of talks, hands-on workshops, interactive installations, and boundary-pushing performances, the festival brings together creatives, researchers, designers, technologists, educators, policymakers, and citizens.
Free tickets are available for students and employees of the Gerrit Rietveld Academie. You can find more info & tickets here: https://coeci.nl/society/
During the Society 5.0 Festival, there will be organized a hackathon together with the Dutch broadcaster VPRO. Students from different programs will be addressing challenges from (among others) the Amsterdam Municipality and Public Spaces under the guidance of experienced coaches.
