This semester first year fashion and graphic design students of the Gerrit Rietveld Academie have collaboratively explored political garments. What are political garments? What is ‘political’ and how do garments, our bodies and the fashion industry relate to this. As a result, 13 magazines have been developed that explore these topics through writing and image research. All magazines will be available for purchase at the event.
