The Photography department focuses on the development of an autonomous artistic practice and encourages the development of a critical attitude. We challenge the medium of photography technically, conceptually and theoretically by questioning photographic traditions, conventions and developments. Reflection on contemporary image culture is an essential element of the programme. We are open-minded makers, ready to explore and experience the world intellectually and visually.
