Our Online Open Days give you the perfect opportunity to hear first-hand from our students and teachers about studying art and design at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie. Wherever you are in the world, meet our students and teachers, and learn everything you need to know about our art academy.
We've planned several online information sessions in 2025:
Hoi Vooropleidingen (Q&A) - 11 November 2025, 14:00 hrs
During this Q&A with the Student Office, you can ask anything about the precourses: The Orientation Course and the Preparatory Course. Note: this session will be the only session in Dutch! All other sessions will be in English.
Good afternoon Rietveld (Information Session) - 25 November 2025, 16:00 – 18:00 hrs
During the online information session Good afternoon Rietveld you can find out more about the bachelor's programme and the different departments. You can ask your questions to teachers and talk to students about their experiences.
Good evening DOGtime (Individual Talks) - 25 November 2025, between 17:00 - 19:45 hrs
During Good evening DOGtime you can have a one-to-one session about the part-time bachelor, DOGtime. Ask everything you want to know about studying at the academy during evening hours.
Hey Portfolio (Q&A) - 2 December 2025, 14:00 hrs
During this Q&A with the Student Office you can ask anything about what to include in your portfolio.
Hello Housing & Visa (Q&A) - 9 December 2025, 14:00 hrs
During this Q&A with the Student Office you can ask all your questions about housing and visa.
Since these session will be via Zoom, you can tune in from all over the world and learn everything you need to know about our art academy.
After signing up, you’ll receive the Zoom link for the session in your inbox one day before the meeting. In the five days leading up to the session, you can also find the link on our website.
