In the course of their work, employees and members of the Management Team, the Supervisory Board or the Participation Council may be confronted with situations that compromise their integrity. Sometimes they are aware of this, but often they are not. Something that at first glance seems innocent can develop into reprehensible behaviour and even a criminal offence. This includes such things as forgery, fraud, corruption, violating an employee's duty of confidentiality or an unacceptable conflict of interests. Non-compliance with the integrity code can lead to sanctions. You can find the code here.
