The Gerrit Rietveld Academie Amsterdam is seeking to recruit as of 1 September a:
Director Rietveld Academie (m/f/x) for 0.9 FTE
As Director of the Rietveld Academie, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the bachelor's degree programme. You'll ensure coordination and dialogue between education, workshops and research in order to maintain the overview and synergy between the various pillars of the academy, while preserving their autonomy and freedom of expression. In the decentralised structure of the Academy, department heads and workshop managers have a high degree of autonomy. One of the most important tasks of the new Director in the coming years will be to implement the new appointment policy.
