Fragments of everydayness, the feminine voice, a family in Greece, citations are bricks, Cixous’ three steps on the ladder of writing, an overload of words that search their own linearity. not everything inside of you is yours merges autobiography and theory by articulating the present in image, sound, and text. Part of the artist’s ongoing research on autotheory and language, this work explores the format of a video essay. Through performance, film, radio, and writing, Antrianna Moutoula’s practice aims to rework the confinements of knowledge production within artistic academic discourse.
